- ABA. Dill BenomranNov 26, 20251.0I lived in Weaverville, NC and used the post office there for 18 years. The service, politeness of all the clerks there are no comparison to what I dealt with at 780 Hendersonville Rd., Asheville, NC. This post office will only help you IF YOU HAVE ZIP CODE 28813. I moved to Asheville and needed help at this post office (not far from my new address which is 28803). NO ...... we can't help you here ..... you are 28803. What is happening????? The clerk (Noah) sent me to a Shipping and Receiving facility on London Road so that they could help me ..... they don't usually help the walk-in public. If this post office at 780 Hendersonville Rd. does not help the public, why are they there? I will keep seaching until I find a good service post office in my area ..... if there is one. Does anyone have any suggestions?

We walked in and nobody said anything until the line got a little bigger then a lady said she isn't taking anymore walk-ins. But we can try again at 6:30am but they don't open until 8:30am. So that makes no sense. Make an appointment. But I'm going elsewhere.
- HBHannah BairAug 30, 20191.0I have had the worst experience here, a package was supposed to be delivered on Monday and I waited until Tuesday evening before calling to ask about it and I was told that it had been delivered. I explained that I didn’t have the package in my mailbox and they said okay someone will definitely deliver it tomorrow(Wednesday). Well still didn’t come Wednesday so I called and they told me a supervisor would come deliver it and make sure it got to me the next day (Thursday). Still nothing Thursday, I waited for the package or the guy to show up and nothing. So I called again today(Friday) and spoke with the supervisor and he said “I’m walking out with it right now to bring to you” and said great thank you! Needless to say no package and no guy showed up. This is totally ridiculous
