- ANAlisha NicoleFeb 9, 20262.0I'd give 1 star if it wasn't for the mail carriers that actually take packages to my house that's too big for a mailbox. This isn't right. The ones that do this get paid more than they're worth.
- TETiffany EFeb 4, 20261.0Submitting a request for my mail to be held for pickup then days later my package getting delivered between the mailboxes along a busy rd for the wrong person to go by and just take it is ridiculous. If these requests are just going to be unnoticed then why even offer the option? I was trying to pick my accumulated mail up at this location out of consideration because of the weather. The rds aren't even bad anymore in my area. Just dealing with unnoticed requests and a lazy mail carrier being paid more than they're worth I guess. I even left a $20 tip in an envelope for the mail carrier that they would've gotten IF they would've just drove my package to my house since I saw it was out for delivery.
