- RCRo CuFeb 13, 20261.0It's one thing to cancel appts on occasion for various reasons, but your reviews consistently show that you cancel appts all of the time with little or no notice. My appt was made 5 weeks out and I get a call the day before saying that it is canceled and I am supposed to accept no explanation. I asked and was told there are only two people that do passports. One is sick and one just retired. I was then told that they are scheduling appts one month out. What this means to me is that you will probably cancel my appt again prior to that one. What is going on? Are you trying to prevent people from getting passports? Thanks for suggesting that I get up early in the morning to possibly be one of four people who might get in on a walk-in basis. You want to waste my time, but you don't want me to waste your time. Pathetic! Awesome customer service. Change your management because your management is not managing.

Instead, a slip saying the package could not be delivered was left. Amazon tracking said it was delivered. We have lost at least 6 deliveries this way! Do not use USPS!!
