- DWD WinterDec 31, 20251.0Thanks for cancelling ALL passport application appointments WITHOUT NOTIFYING ANYONE. This vital service and should be handled by someone else, since it's clear no one in our local USPS office cares. I guess we roll the dice and try another office.

The only notification I got said my appt was confirmed. It was not an easy appt to schedule but we were there on time. Early actually. Extremely annoying.
- SNsuzanne nobleDec 4, 20251.0I called the 800 number since they gave me no other number to call for the Cox Avenue post office. It doesn’t work. First it gives me a weather report then it gives me all these numbers. I can push to get this or that service and every time I push one it says I can’t hear you! So I go over the whole thing again! I can’t hear you this is ridiculous. There’s no direct number only an 800 number and there’s nobody ever gonna answer that because they can’t hear you. Even if you hit the number they ask you to hit like number two for Mail they still can’t hear you of course they can’t. You didn’t say anything you push the button like they asked. So if anyone ever gets this, the ZIP Code is 28803 and we haven’t gotten mail in days. May I ask why?

Total crap when I specifically made everything line up to be able to be here at 8am. It gave me other locations to go to that are all 45+ minutes away. Do better.

One month later, I get a letter from the national passport center that says that the passport acceptance agent sent in my form, photo & docs without identifying the AVL facility nor did he sign the form!
