She informed me that one of my returns was for USPS not UPS (I'm a ding dong) and told me that she could still take it and USPS would pick it up there. I appreciate her friendly attitude and not making me feel like an idiot for bringing it to the wrong place. She also put my printed address in plastic and attached it to my box for me (unlike USPS who wants to charge you for a piece of clear tape). Thank you Sarah for a pleasant shipping experience!
