I was there at 10:00 in the morning and had to get something to Raleigh by 10:00 on 12/5/25 – I was assured it would be there. I said I didn’t care what it cost, and they took that to heart. I paid almost $100, but hey – I needed it there. It even came with its own LoJack, assuring me it would arrive in Raleigh and couldn’t get lost. At the time, I thought it was neat. Now I know it’s only filled with lies. Today (12/5/25) – the last place it was tracked was in Memphis. Now, correct me if I’m wrong, but Memphis, TN is in the EXACT OPPOSITE DIRECTION of Raleigh, NC. When this shipment was followed up by an in-person visit back to the store, THEY HAD NO IDEA WHERE IT WAS – which confused me, because THE DAMN THING HAS A LOJACK ON IT. At the time of posting this review, FedEx still has no idea where my package is, other than the fact it did NOT arrive in Raleigh by 10:00 this morning as I was assured it would. The LoJack is a lie. Needless to say, I’m a UPS girl now.

I have printed countless invitations with the help of these kind folks, but Linda, my queen, is a particular all-star. She's printed complicated things for me like a DIY children's book or a multi-page collage with so much joy and happiness and helpfulness. She is a gem, as is everyone who works in this wonderful place. Printing was never so easy. I am in love with this entire team and so grateful for the energy and zeal they bring to this city.
