I have printed countless invitations with the help of these kind folks, but Linda, my queen, is a particular all-star. She's printed complicated things for me like a DIY children's book or a multi-page collage with so much joy and happiness and helpfulness. She is a gem, as is everyone who works in this wonderful place. Printing was never so easy. I am in love with this entire team and so grateful for the energy and zeal they bring to this city.

Recently, I visited Asheville and needed assistance to ship a fragile item. I worked with Robert and it's refreshing to work with someone whose professionalism and strong knowledge level helped in navigating the best way to ship my purchase. Robert took the time to respond to my questions and to provide shipping options that improved my decision. This took place soon after the location's reopening following the Helene floods, so I'm sure Robert had more important tasks to address. I am grateful for his great work ethic!

- KBKatie BarlowAug 30, 20251.0I do not recommend this FedEx. It depends on the day you come, the mood the staff are in. It is hit or miss. There have been times where I have received great customer service and it's been efficient and then other times where the customer service is non-existent and you're given attitude and they act almost like you're being an inconvenience to them. The rules also continuously change. One day you can ship a specific item from there, the next day you can't. When you bring that aspect up, you're told, well you were given wrong information. I have also had employees help or try to work with you and others that want to charge you $7 for two pieces of tape. I will drive the extra mileage to patron a completely different FedEx facility.
