  This place puts the capital C back into Customer service!! Robert is simply the best, though everyone in there is wonderful. The other day he helped me print a photograph to frame and gift my fiancé with. And just this week I needed prints for my passport documents and he kindly told me “there’s no need to pay more for me to do it, our self service printer station works great” he explained it and a few minutes later I had all my documents for a couple of dollars. The place is so clean too, the self service stations are always neat, well equipped, everything looks new. Rob came to check on me, and said “see you next next thanks for coming” when I left. This was at 9am, honestly, made me feel like I started the day on the right foot!!

  The store is under new management, and the improvement in customer service is already noticeable. I ship a lot of packages for my business, mostly with UPS since they're nearby, but I still visit this FedEx location several times a week. Robert consistently greets me with a friendly smile. This morning, he took the extra time to thoroughly explain the different Fedex services, including designated letters on shipping labels and how they correlate. He also explained how processing works behind the scenes for each option. Carrie, the new store manager, was very pleasant and helped me with an accidental cross-shipping issue earlier this week.

  Maybe this isn't fair to this particular location but it is CRAZY that FedEx can't manage to deliver my package after nearly an entire week after its scheduled arrival. In addition I have to sign for the package which means I've been stuck at the house as much as I possibly could be the entire time. It keeps getting pushed by a day at a time, with updates coming bizarrely late and out of date, and I've had products ordered, shipped, and delivered from other shippers. Get it together. This is ridiculous.

  I just got some little drawings scanned at this location and had a really nice experience. Rob helped me and gave me such clear and helpful info about resolution, price, and all my options as far as printing and potential future projects. My scans turned out perfect and were definitely affordable if you’re a broke artist like me.

  Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend FedEx to ship important paperwork/ or anything for this matter. I paid to have a package overnight delivered last week and still has yet to receive the package. when I tried to speak with someone about where my package is I can’t get an acceptable answer and the customer service representatives are extremely rude. At this point I’m going to have to contact my attorney because this is absolutely unacceptable FedEx if I could go you 0 that’s what I would rate your service
