I ain’t one to go around telling on people to their bosses but I was a lil sick of it. I finally called and told the supervisor about it, within minute she let me know she understood my point of view, she would communicate with her staff about my issue and set up the process to receive a new key! It’s simple but saved me so much stress. Thank you to my carriers I’ve had over this time for being understanding and thank you Auburn.
