They say they delivered my packages I never received them and then they said I was supposed to pick it up. These people are incompetent fools and I see why people say that the usps is a joke

Had a missing key issue for a while, I’ve had really nice carriers during this time until one women; for whatever reason she would pick and choose when I could receive my mail even with proof of address and ID in hand. I ain’t one to go around telling on people to their bosses but I was a lil sick of it. I finally called and told the supervisor about it, within minute she let me know she understood my point of view, she would communicate with her staff about my issue and set up the process to receive a new key! It’s simple but saved me so much stress. Thank you to my carriers I’ve had over this time for being understanding and thank you Auburn.
