The employees are always friendly and never frustrated that they have to do more work on their part. I can only speak for myself and my experiences though.

I checked online because I didn't see the package had moved from Archdale location and wanted to know what happened. When I called I was told to call back in 10 minutes very rudely. I stated I had been on hold at 800# and she basically told me nothing she could do since she had a long line. I called back a few minutes later as requested. She stated package not there and was picked up. I asked for the address of where in High Point, NC it was dropped off. I was told how should she know and referred to 800#. I called 800# and was told by service person package was still there. I called again before closing and told the same woman that the service person at 800# said package was still at Archdale location. She said I already told you it wasn't and call 800#. I explained this is what I was told and it is possible you lost my package. She said we don't lose packages. She said have a nice day and hung up. I used to say this place had good service but now I see one person can ruin it for the whole bunch. I will not set foot in this post office again. I will be going to the one in downtown High Point from here on out. I don't care how far it is. I will not have to deal with the rude female postal worker ever again.

Rolled her eyes twice at my mom who was trying just to be friendly. Then proceeded to rudely tell us we "didn't need" a receipt after I had nicely asked for one. Take your postal needs somewhere else!
