I was in a bit of a dilemma with shipping some photo boxes for a family friend who had just suddenly lost their daughter . The boxes were empty and didn’t weigh much but the size of them made it hard to find an inexpensive way to send together. Dawson was so sweet and understanding with my situation. He packed up the boxes with such care and was genuinely concerned that they were packed perfectly so they would arrive to the family without damage . It was refreshing to have a person behind the counter actually have feelings . Lately I feel like a large amount of store employees from Target to grocery stores , just do the bare minimum and it’s rare to find a caring person . The manager Geraldine was also super nice and compassionate. I will definitely go back with any of my shipping needs in the future .

When something got broken in transit recently , Geraldine spent over 4 months working on the insurance claim to get me reimbursed (phone calls and emails to ups and to me to keep me informed pretty much weekly). Highly recommend for service and support!
