- VBvenkata batteFeb 9, 20261.0One of the worst service, and staff doesn't care and doesn't understand the needs of the customers . very rude and I feel the staff needs to be changed. we recently faced an issue with our passport application and was not delivered the right information and because of which we are still waiting for our passport application to be updated. please avoid this usps in Angier,NC if you would need a better and guaranteed services.

Fredd was the best USPS representative I've ever experienced ~ by far! He was friendly, kind, helpful, shared an appropriate amount of humor and light-heartedness, all while providing quick, clear, and professional help. I wish more government employees were like Fredd -- he could seriously give lessons in customer service!
