- VBvenkata batteFeb 9, 20261.0One of the worst service, and staff doesn't care and doesn't understand the needs of the customers . very rude and I feel the staff needs to be changed. we recently faced an issue with our passport application and was not delivered the right information and because of which we are still waiting for our passport application to be updated. please avoid this usps in Angier,NC if you would need a better and guaranteed services.

- SSSteven SampsonOct 25, 20251.0All the time mail doesn't run till 6-7pm and Saturday's forget it. We hardly ever get mail on Saturdays even though informed delivery says we have mail. Certified mail forget it too. Always mark it address not deliverable. These drivers are pure lazy to get out the vehicle so we have to go to post office to get. Always have the neighbors mail mixed with ours. Never had such an incompetent bunch of mail drivers with usps.
- SHSieglinde HollandOct 6, 20251.0Post office regularly misses our box. Not just us, but ALL of our neighbors too. My MIL doesn’t get her bills and neither do myself or my husband. Sometimes my mail comes weeks later, after the due date. I’m sick of paying late fees because the slack personal can’t do their jobs thoroughly and correctly. Why are they not held accountable for not performing to what should be “showing up for work, and delivering the mail” which is what they’re hired to do. We are complaining directly to the postmaster but we still are not getting our mail.
