- TSTammy StewartJul 26, 20253.0They NEVER answer the phone. The substitute on our route is a joke. Ronald and Colleen NEVER have an issue leaving a package if it won’t fit in the box. The substitute is ridiculous. He will not attempt and says it’s because of our dog. He’s a 10-year-old deaf Springer Spaniel who might become excited and happy if he notices you, but he sleeps more than anything else. We have a new 4-month-old puppy who is just that, a happy puppy. This driver takes ALL our packages back and thus has caused a problem with getting out things in a timely manner. I believe he is allowed to get away with this because he is a minority.
