  This is my #1 forever favorite "UPS STORE"! GOD definitely blessed my life with coming here! I usually go to Moore County to return my packages,but because of having some business to do up here in Albemarle,I returned my package here. First of all, the biggest blessing was meeting Lisa,and her daughter Tiffany,and Bryson; who helped me tremendously by having the option to send my return label to there UPS store email. Just that one option is why im excited to say is a big blessing because the other UPS stores don't give you that option, you have to get on there computer, pay $2.50, and sign into your email to print the return label (and that's IF you can remember your email password), which there have been times I went to Moore County UPS and forgot my password book and couldn't remember and so I had to drive back home,retrieve it,and come back,and if anyone has went to Moore County UPS you know how busy that traffic circle is and how long it takes. And so,you understand why this stores option to allow you to send your "return label" to there email to print it off,and only charge $2 instead of other stores that charge $2.50 is AMAZING! That will save so many in life with there time if there like me and can't remember there own password,and had to make a double trip because of not having there password book to access there email. I will be coming back here to this store more than the others because of that reason! I hope that ALL UPS stores would offer this option,because it does save alot of double trips. MAKE SURE YOU TAPE YOUR PACKAGE OR YOULL PAY $2!Good tape isn't cheap, so $2 is fair for a good hold,and regardless of how much you may need, this charge is definitely suitable,and i know now to tape my package at home. God bless you all and i hope you come to this particular UPS for the service and the wonderful staff!

  The brother and sister duo working in here are horrible. They only ask certain people what they’re shipping, and they definitely only judge specific people. Get discriminatory. Would use caution prior to entering. Apparently they’re the guardians of the shipping world. Second legal package denied with no proof that they couldn’t ship. Literally said they weren’t shipping because of the last time I was there.

  Great service! The ladies at the store were so helpful in packing and shipping several bags. We had a lot of stuff that needed to be shipped. Lisa offered suggestions on the best way to ship without costing me a fortune. I highly recommend this UPS Store.
