  So checking my mail today, I opened up the box and find this Jem inside. What kind of non-sense is this? Mind you this happens to be a check from a customer that patrons a business I own. What am I supposed to do with half of a check? Better question is where is the other half of the envelope? Why even deliver a piece of mail that I can do absolutely nothing with? Seems to me this should have been returned to sender and not delivered with some BS apology bag. This is not the only time I have had issues with this mail carrier. About four months ago, even though she had ample clearance, she purposely ran over tree and brush rubbish that was sitting alongside the road. When I confronted her about it, and told her to not be so lazy. She called me lazy for ordering from amazon! Okay, got me and about 85% of other Americans...well done. Reported the incident, nothing happened, but I expected as much. That being said, now I have to contact my customer and explain that the USPS destroyed their check and have them send me another. This adds to the fact that the last check they sent never even got delivered, even though the bank and the customer were positive that one was mailed out. This is absolutely careless and irresponsible on the part of the Aberdeen USPS.

  The mail carriers at this post office do not know how to read. They consistently deliver mail to the wrong address because they don’t know the difference between DRIVE and LANE. And all you get if you bring this issue up with the post master is an attitude.

  Have come here many times over the past 5 years and they typically have very friendly and helpful staff at the service desk. However, today was extra exceptional. I was assisted by Karen (i believe this was her name, it was today about 840am) and she was sweet, friendly, smiling (through her mask I could tell), helpful, patient... everything you would hope for out of a post office clerk. I had a bit of difficulty with the stuff I wanted to ship and she pointed me in the right direction, was courteous and helped me mail out my stuff in a timely manner. I hope she gets some positive recognition for her stellar customer service!

  Sent out birthday cards was told that they were too think and charged $2.50 each and they were all going to the same address. Then three weeks later they still hadn't made it there. Called the post master and he was very unhelpful started spouting silly statistics about how rare it was. He refused to look for them said nothing he could do because they aren't tracked and that he wouldn't lose things. Someone has! Terrible post office, this is why the USPS is being outperformed by civilian curriers. Government employees feeling entitled and refusing to do quality work.
