    The person who assisted me in printing was phenomenal. They mentioned they were new and working solo that night. I was having issues with print quality and was taking a while to figure it out. There was a rush and it got a bit hectic. Not only did they help and engage with me consistently the entire time, they handled every (even condescending) customer with complete professionalism. I was really impressed with the way they juggled the chaos and calmly dealt with issues despite not knowing every answer.
