This process took two complete hours, through the process , we are advised to upgrade our cell phones , which gave us a discount. Ratiba went far beyond the call of duty to assist us to get this completed, she helped step by step, paying attention to every detail, until the process was completed. She very carefully guided us and answered any questions we had. Even with the phone glitches and transferring from old to new she did not leave our side until the phone's were completed. Well done Ratina, We definitely recommend her strong knowledge, and customer relations skills.
