  The incompetence of Bell Aliant is unreal. I have been reaching out for at least 21/2 weeks for a new PVR. NOT a refurbished one but a new PVR. So far they have sent me four refurbished PVRs of which two didn’t work. They sent out a tech yesterday to supposedly bring me a new one. Wasn’t suppose to be here till after lunch as I had an appointment in the morning. He came in the morning and of course I wasn’t there. Another tech was suppose to come out today and no one showed up and no phone call to say they weren’t coming. I’ve called them seven times so far with no results. I asked to speak to the manager to try to come to a resolution. Suppose to call me tonight. NO call. This is the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. How hard is it to send a new PVR? I will make one(1) more attempt to get a new PVR and if they choose to keep circling around the bush with me, then I will part ways. This is unacceptable. Where is the accountability! You need to do better. MUCH better. A very disgruntled customer
