  First day as a bell customer and it's been an infuriating experience. We agreed to switch our internet from Rogers to Bell- the salesman assured us there would be no interruption to our Rogers internet while they made the change. Low and behold, the technician shows up and unplugs our Rogers wifi without any warning or permission: and he does this when I'm in the middle of a crucial online examination with students for my work. This reflects poorly on me in front of my employer. Also, good luck trying to actually talk with someone on the phone to get seek any remedy with Bell customer service.

  Very helpfull! I went in there 2 years ago to upgrade my Samsung s21 to a Google pixel 8, the proses was very fast and ended up getting a really good deal!, about to go there again soon to get my google pixel 8 upgraded to the Samsung s24 ultra, very good selection of phones.

  Walked into this location today with my father to add a line for myself on his plan. We were greeted by multiple staff members who were eager to help Milly took care of us and I'm yet to see somebody with that level of impressive customer service. Instantly going above and beyond is an understatement. Making the process quick easy and painless while maintaining professionalism and engaging in conversation while working on the computer. She is a gem and if you're looking for a new device or products from Belle I would definitely recommend this location, given my experience I would absolutely recommend going to see Milly. 11/10 wish I could give an extra star

  I spent over three days on the phone with technical support trying to install my new phone account and eSIM to no avail. I attended Bell Mobility in Moncton and was served by Shawn. He was most knowledgeable and very proficient and solved my problem within minutes! I dreaded a long wait, this was not the case, this location has at least three to four staff to assist you, I was most impressed with this service.
