- JJJack4 days ago1.0Worse in store customer service. We walked in to know pricing difference between having our phone bill on same plan or separated plan. The tech explained very rude to us without letting us ask our 3 questions and saying they cannot help us and that we were cutting them off speaking with an agressive tone. We had to walk away without a proper answer and called bell canada who took the time to explain all the pricing and helped us make our decision. Yelling at customer is the same type of agressive behavior that they would not put up with but its ok cause the TECH can lol . If bell canada was not there I would have change company.

- EMEric MayfieldNov 15, 20252.0Great when it works but listening to tech support tell me that a car hit a pole and that took out the internet is about as bad as telling me that a moose ate the cable…especially when my next door and a few doors down neighbors aren’t having an issue. Then told that because the car, or the moose, cause the interruption, they couldn’t send out a technician. I ordered their competitor yesterday and that company showed up, ran a new line, and got me installed. Right after that, Bell worked, until this morning. So even after Bell fixed the line, there was still an issue (the issue started last Saturday). So I cancelled service. After unplugging all pods and extenders, everything worked perfectly. Saving 50% too.
