- VOVince OJan 20, 20261.0They left my package in the snow bank on the side of the road. Also they must not heat their warehouse or trucks because anything temperature sensitive is destroyed on arrival.

Terrible customer service, when I phone I only get connected to a robot that doesn't know how to help with basic tasks. There is no option to talk to a human. This is the third time this has happened, and I can't even call them to complain. Very unhelpful, what an awful way to take care of your customers. Edit to add: even though they responded below saying they would help us, they did not reach out to us at all, and did not offer any help whatsoever.
