- AAAlison ArnetteJul 8, 20251.0Absolutely infuriating experience at this post office. I made an appointment for a passport application WEEKS ago for my daughter. My husband had to take off work because both parents need to be present. We showed up at the right time and after waiting for 15 minutes we were RUDELY informed that they weren’t taking passport applications regardless of the fact that we had MADE AN APPOINTMENT!! The employees were extremely rude and just seemed altogether lazy and worthless. Employees “working” here are essentially just on government welfare, collecting paychecks and doing nothing in return. If they had been nice and apologetic it would have been one thing but the attitude was completely out of control.
