- NMNatasha McClureJan 16, 20261.0Serious concern with how an issue was handled. I had a legitimate and serious matter that needed to be addressed, and when I asked to speak with the postmaster or a manager, I was told that information would not be provided to me. That was very concerning. The way this situation was handled by an employee named Leslie was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. This is not the level of service or accountability I would expect, especially when someone is trying to resolve an important issue. Based on this experience, this is not an office I would feel comfortable dealing with again.
- SBSky BrapSep 9, 20241.0Travelers beware: Dont ship general delivery here unless it is a USPS package, as they want to charge the entire USPS shipping fees at the counter just to hand you your package if you have UPS and Fedex packages... Only 1 other post office has tried to do this to me in 100+ post offices of doing general delivery. This isnt a policy that I know of, ive spoken to many post masters that accept any packages with no extra fees because this is a POSTAL SERVICE, a service for the american people
