Have had several pieces of mail never arive, reported that, supposed to look into that, no response, no mail.... Recently informed that an outgoing piece of mail never made it either!!!! Frickin pathetic!!!

I am always greeted happily and treated kindly. Everyone I’ve encountered has been extremely helpful, and very friendly and I haven’t had any issues with sending/receiving packages.
