So many ppl have the same issue with this woman! We are her customers without us she has no job she needs to take a behavioral class!!!

I’ve never in my life been to a facility where the staff make their customers feel stupid for asking simple questions. Not only did she talk down to me as if I were delinquent but she was also making faces at me as if she was disgusted. Not only that but we had a package being delivered to a certain address and she gave the package to a completely different address instead of putting it in a parcel locker like the tracking page said to. So because of that we couldn’t find our package for a whole week. The person she just openly gave it to didn’t tell us they had received the package and wasn’t planning on it. Beyond unprofessional on her part. Super disappointed in this facilities staff choices.
