  I’ve recently started bringing my Amazon returns to this location instead of the Missoula UPS Store, and ever since then I’ve had repeated issues with my items actually making it back to Amazon. On August 21st, I dropped off three items. Two were boxed together with a label (per Amazon’s instructions), and one was a “no box/no label needed” return. The boxed return was delivered with no problem, but the no-box item has been stuck in “in transit” status ever since and never arrived. Then on October 24th, I dropped off three more “no box/no label” returns. Only one of them made it to Amazon. The other two are still showing “in transit,” just like the earlier missing return. I thought the first time might have been a fluke, but having multiple no-box returns go missing in just a couple of months makes me very concerned about how returns are handled here. I’ve never had this issue with the Missoula UPS Store. Until this location can resolve these issues, I can’t trust it for Amazon returns.

  I first encountered Taylor at the Hamilton location, and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Now that she's been at this location in stevensville, it's comforting to know there's a super friendly face when I walk in! Thank you Taylor!!
