Even tho these ladies know the situation the younger one (not Sandy) is VERY rude when I go to retrieve my package. She even threatened to not hold my packages - which is what she usually does- send them back. THIS IS HER JOB!! Don’t work there if you can’t do your job!! She is the rudest person I have ever dealt with!! She needs to be done there!!
