Don’t bother going in to get a money order because it will take them a lifetime to count the money correctly, they stress out and go into code black. Whoever drops the mail off at the mailbox I can imagine is driving around with a helmet on their head considering the mail almost always ends up in the wrong box or I will get a notification that a package is delivered but I won’t see it for another day or two. I can’t imagine it’s hard to work at a post office but the post master flys into work on a broomstick so I can assume she makes it difficult to keep employees let alone any good ones. Serious changes need to be made in surprised the inspector general has not showed up and cleaned house.

I have had the displeasure, of working with this post office, and it has pushed me to the point of leaving this disclaimer for anyone who may have to encounter this place---
Aimee C. Lamoreaux is the supposed "postmaster" at this location; and the nicest and most professional way I can express this is-
She's the worst person I have encountered that is in a title of authority for "federal business".
It's been a year long process of trying to get my mailbox registered which has been denied, because of various reasons which we have made multiple attempts to remedy.
Long story short, I have reported her to the postmaster in Helena and am taking actions against her unprofessional behaviors.
Obviously this is a repetitive kind of actions on her behalf, so I would highly recommend anyone who has any issues with her to report to her superiors as well.
Best of luck fellow residents.

Staff is not friendly. There is no answer to the phones, at any time of the day during business hours. The post master barely responds to emails sent by customers. They do not work with you on any problems, if you are able to reach them. The only way I was able to contact someone was to go through corporate and have the notes from my account transferred over to this post office. Honestly the worst facility I have ever experienced, if I could rate 0 stars I would.
