- CDCarson DuBoisMay 29, 20241.0Don’t bother going in to get a money order because it will take them a lifetime to count the money correctly, they stress out and go into code black. Whoever drops the mail off at the mailbox I can imagine is driving around with a helmet on their head considering the mail almost always ends up in the wrong box or I will get a notification that a package is delivered but I won’t see it for another day or two. I can’t imagine it’s hard to work at a post office but the post master flys into work on a broomstick so I can assume she makes it difficult to keep employees let alone any good ones. Serious changes need to be made in surprised the inspector general has not showed up and cleaned house.
- RLRhonnie LynnNov 8, 20211.0Staff is not friendly. There is no answer to the phones, at any time of the day during business hours. The post master barely responds to emails sent by customers. They do not work with you on any problems, if you are able to reach them. The only way I was able to contact someone was to go through corporate and have the notes from my account transferred over to this post office. Honestly the worst facility I have ever experienced, if I could rate 0 stars I would.
