I just called Shelby post office & they are blaming it on the weather, in 14 yrs of living here the weather has never been a problem. It's not just me, but the whole town! It's unacceptable! I need to pay my bills. 2-26-25, a particular bill was mailed on the 17th, it's been 9 days, it's coming from Missoula...not even another state! Something has got to be done!!!!! They are unapologetic at the Shelby Post office offering only ridiculous excuses. It's A FEDERAL SITUATION, WHO SHOULD I REPORT THIS TO???
