Keith was a huge help trying to track down a package I sent to an incomplete address. He followed up regularly and offered advice for filing a claim. I greatly appreciate the assistance!

Unfortunately Google doesn't offer negative star ratings, because if they did the award would go to this Post Office. This is hands down the WORST Post Office I've ever dealt with in my life. Three Postmasters in the past 2 years ought to say something. The latest in this string of postmasters is an older, white-haired man. He is the most arrogant, rude, unprofessional, and completely miserable person I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. He attempts to "educate" his customers through embarrassment, and talking down at them as if they are children. I've witnessed multiple "interactions" involving this man and other patrons while I've been waiting in line at the post office. This arrogant old man obviously hates his job, and the customers who keep him employed in this cushy, over-paid government position. Someday maybe this small town office can get a postmaster who actually cares about their job and their customers, until then I'll take my business elsewhere.

Terrible customer services!! Packages say there on time but are never there for a couple days. Asked for my packages after someone got them infront of me and got denied! Very rude and unprofessional. In need of new managment!!

This used to be a well managed business but recently there seems to be some changes that have made this a very unpleasant place to visit. It seems dirty and there are no garbage cans in the lobby. Also the walkways and parking lot are not being shoveled properly. It is very dangerous for walking. A little ice melt would help to keep it safer.
