- RTRam-Z TruckingJul 25, 20251.0I have never had an issue with anyone in the actual office, this review concerns package delivery only. For the last 4-5 years it has been a constant struggle getting packages actually delivered to my house. I live less than a quarter mile from my mailbox up a maintained driveway. I RARELY get packages delivered from USPS, in fact if I can pay more and use UPS or FedEx, I will gladly choose them as I have never had an issue like I have with USPS. Unfortunately, sometimes, I have no choice. Here has been my experience so far: Sometimes the mail person will bring it to my front door (so yes, it IS possible to access my address), sometimes they will shove packages in the mailbox, leaving no room for anything else, so ALL mail stops being delivered. And sometimes they state the package was undeliverable due to no access to the delivery location (which is not true considering they have delivered packages to my literal front porch in the past). Honestly, if you can't deliver a package to a house less than a quarter mile from the mailbox, you shouldn't be doing this job The only reason is pure laziness and you cannot convince me otherwise. I have already filed numerous complaints and will continue to do so. If this is too much for USPS to handle, then they shouldn't be offering package delivery services.

Absolutely ridiculous and because of the hour the office is it impossible to pick up the package they should have delivered. Very said case of governmental laziness and very poor service at a high price. If I could give a zero star review I would. (By the way my house is less than 100 ft from the road.). Not asking much!!!
