- KKKathleen KeutmannDec 16, 20242.0Passing through town and just needed stamps. .35 minutes later I made it to the counter to hear the clerk yelling at everyone for piling up yellow slips..elderly with walkers, disabled Vets all waiting patiently. The clerk obviously was stressed but doing the best she could. The government just doesn't care about customer service at all as I was told this was pretty normal. I have better things to do with my time than waste it in line for stamps. Was not impressed at all but of course what government run program is a model of efficiency??? Maybe they need a little competition! Remind me to never go to the post office again. Online is the way to go it seems. Felt more like Communist Russia. WAIT IN LINE!!!
