They kindly printed a label for me and, with a small fee, packaged the equipment. I left the store completely satisfied. I believe the negative reviews here are coming from people having bad days or not understanding how the business operates. I’ve worked at a similar business, so I have a good idea of what to expect. Apart from that, I found the customer service excellent and the store clean and organized.

He was curt, rude, and downright disrespectful to Scott, who did absolutely nothing to deserve the disrespect from this man. After the rudeness, Scott was brave enough to tell him not to come back and I applaud him and completely agree with his decision. You don't get to treat people like garbage and have no consequences. I have had nothing but fantastic service from this UPS store. They always open the door a little earlier than 8:30 too as a courtesy which is really nice. I have found the employees and owner to be very kind, professional, and a go above and beyond to make it easy. Now that I've come to check this out, I see that it was indeed this Clint fellow who is claiming to be a bystander or witness when in fact it was him being rude and inconsiderate. Sure hope he can find his happy without trying to take everybody else down with him.
