I didnt think anything of it…waited in line for 45 min and they refused to accept the priority box to be sent via nonpriority. I asked for a new box which was directly behind the attendant. They refused and asked me to step aside for the next person. I went to ups instead and they accepted my USPS PRIORITY BOX and sent it out in less than 15 min. If you cant help your customers then close. I will never go with usps again, utterly a waste of time and money.

After trying to reschedule on their website, it shows the next appointment as 2 weeks out. We tried calling the local office to see if they had any other cancellations we could squeeze in place for, and no one ever answers the phone.
