    I'm always impressed with the service by the regular employees at this post office. I know this job is high stress but the group behind the counter does a really good job of keeping their cool, knowing what they are doing, informing people correctly, and being friendly.

    Ran like a socialist program. Employees take all parking spots and act like they hate you and the fact you are trying to send mail.

    I had packed my items into a box that i had available which was a usps priority box. I didnt think anything of it…waited in line for 45 min and they refused to accept the priority box to be sent via nonpriority. I asked for a new box which was directly behind the attendant. They refused and asked me to step aside for the next person. I went to ups instead and they accepted my USPS PRIORITY BOX and sent it out in less than 15 min. If you cant help your customers then close. I will never go with usps again, utterly a waste of time and money.

    They called on the morning of our family's passport appointment to let us know they had to cancel due to "staff shortages", and offered no solution whatsoever. After trying to reschedule on their website, it shows the next appointment as 2 weeks out. We tried calling the local office to see if they had any other cancellations we could squeeze in place for, and no one ever answers the phone.

    Always a massive line and one or NO people at the desk. Plan to be here for about 30-45 minutes if you have something to drop off.
