If you need help with a shipment or any form of customer service, this isn’t the place to get it. Edit since I can’t reply: it isn’t just one incident when return instructions say one thing and staff says another. It’s a pattern of them and other interactions over years. Of trying to order prints, and getting a “I don’t know but we can’t return prints”. Or trying to make copies or prints and the machine errors and the employee can’t/wont fix it. Or just not answering the phone when you call about listed services. It happens routinely enough to make me think it’s a culture issue. An attitude of “we’re doing you a favor”. Vs the customer is paying for this service.
