- TLThomas LundOct 27, 20251.0Paid over $31 to mail a package that the lady behind the counter told me it would be there by Monday. This was on Thursday. It didn’t make it there until the next Friday. I could’ve paid eight dollars and made it there by Friday. They told me they were gonna refund my money never did. The owner was rude to me. Plus his employee was rude to me on the phone When I confronted him about their mistake then they tried to blame it on USPS and made an argument to me about it, saying they don’t have to pay me at all, but said they were gonna but never did so the owner lied. I wouldn’t trust these people at all. I’d go to somewhere else.

Update after the owners response: $4 for 6 inches of tape is not just a "an unexpected cost" it's outrageous and ridiculous. Top-notch service might be your goal, but that is not anything close to the actual experience. I fail to understand how contacting you will fix that. I'm just going to follow my own advice and go elsewhere.

We arrived timely & were told our deliveries had rejected & returned since we were not box holders. This is in direct contradiction with the arrangements confirmed telephonically with the store personnel. Incompetent management produces incompetent results - and we paid the price. THIS FACILITY CANNOT BE TRUSTED! USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL. This store does not deserve the one-star rating, it deserves a negative-star rating but the system requires I leave at least one star. (Lone staffer on duty was great but policy is beyond her control... - obvious management failure!)
