Very creative work around to get me what I needed quicker and more easily instead of just saying "Order online".

They take ink cartridges to be recycled that you buy the wrong kind of at Best Buy then try n return to Best Buy but Best Buy doesn’t take back because once it’s opened your expensive ink cartridge can’t be returned, but STAPLES gives you credit for them UNLIKE BEST BUY. Go to Staples for speedy service and ink NOT BEST BUY.
