- CMCJ MT2020Jul 3, 20251.0They act like they care when you literally walk in to inquire about missing mail and packages, but the employees at this post office are inept and regularly lose my mail/packages and deliver other mail to my address. Beyond how personally frustrating it is to deal with them, this actually makes me worry for the future of the United States Postal Service if this is the sort of poor care other communities receive. It is like they are trying to sabotage the service from within to get defunded. Update: this branch now has a psychotic delivery driver in a USPS pickup truck driving like a maniac on snowy/icy roads and completely screwed up my freshly plowed driveway swerving around in the snow berm at 20 mph instead of driving on the driveway I had just cleared. I'll be coming in to have a face-to-face chat about this level of disrespect and unprofessionalism on my property when you're open, and will call police if your driver does it again.
