- 0000commJan 28, 20261.03rd time they have screwed up my PO box. For a decade I had a PO box in Missoula with zero issues. As soon as I transfered to Lolo, nothing but problems. 3rd screw up and the second time they've closed my account with zero notice. Do not use this post office unless you check it literally every day to make sure they aren't screwing things up.

However last Saturday I was waiting in line (about 5 minutes before closing time); as I got up to the counter I was told by the female clerk that it was after 11:00 AM and she needed to close up “or she would get into trouble.” She wanted to know what I was going to mail and that it would not take up a lot of time. She acted like she was doing me a big favor. She was rude I told her I would take my package elsewhere. So much for customer service. Note: Other employees have always been friendly and helpful.
