They could not deliver my packages to my front door. Know they want me to pick my package at the post office. The reason is they said my box is to small. I don't have a way to get my packages

This is the first time in a long time that I have received quick and friendly service at the post office. Allison was great! Greeted me with a smile and was willing to help. If I could give her more than 5 starts I would.

having to come into Livingston to pick up a part that can fit in my mailbox is getting a little bit ridiculous. 37 minutes one way. Being told that it won’t fit in my mailbox when my mailbox is really large and then to be told that it won’t fit in the carriers vehicle is the reason it was not delivered. they continue to have plenty of room to deliver mail to people that have never lived at my place is amazing and they won’t do anything about not delivering it. They are definitely having issues at USPS. it is also so much fun when they lose your package and they have no idea where it is. The shipper has no idea and they drop it because they think it’s been delivered to USPS but USPS says they didn’t see it and it’s no longer trackable on their system.

I never have problems with ups or fedex but somehow usps is always late or runs into some other issue. Package today labeled out for delivery and i havent left the house once. Got notified that usps “ran into an issue” and cant deliver it today because it wont fit in my mailbox. Its mere feet to my front door but nope. Just gonna take it back to the post office and make me pick it up tomorrow. If this is the policy then shame on corporate. If its up to the employee then they should know their laziness hurts their employer.

Good folks. Higher demands have made for increased stress...dealing with the public. The folks at the window aren't responsible for items that are delayed elsewhere. Yet, they get the mouthing from patrons. The FREE Informed Delivery App has been very useful for me. One of the clerks at the desk told me about it.
