When I explained I was there to collect my package, she briefly looked around the room and stated that no package was delivered under my name. I presented my confirmation details, but she did not make any effort to look up the tracking number or conduct any further investigation to confirm whether the package had arrived. She only glanced once more before repeating that it was not there and provided no guidance, alternatives, or next steps. Due to the lack of assistance, I had no choice but to cancel my order and arrange for it to be shipped to a different location. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, as I expected a basic level of customer service and problem-solving. I am requesting that this issue be addressed so that future customers do not experience the same lack of support.
