  Ordered marketing materials (flyers, banner, posters, etc) from this UPS location and they have always delivered! Each order completed in a timely fashion and the quality of the materials have been great! Definitely going to continue doing business with this UPS store👍

  I’ve had great experiences each time I’ve visited this store! The employees have been helpful with each visit and phone conversation. I’ve dropped off packages for shipment and they were shipped promptly and packaged well. I’ve also ordered marketing materials and the quality has always been great. I appreciate the effort this store puts into making the process of shipping/returns/printing stress-free!

  Best place in town to ship packages! Despite always being busy, since there arent many places to ship or do custom print jobs, the employees are super friendly and they work as fast as possible to get you taken care of and that your packages are shipped as fast as possible. And their rates are lower than what I've seen elsewhere. Ive never had an issue with shipping or printing at this location either! Definitely recommend The UPS Store.

  This particular office is determined to upsell you on any delivery by the usually and almost always new & always poorly trained personnel thereby overcharging you everytime. I worked for UPS in the past and this location in Livingston is giving UPS a very bad reputation. If you must use them, my advice is to first get a quote before buying any service. What a shame. To owner: This will be escalated. Please don't give me your prepared and usual response about how sorry you are regarding my bad experience.
