Marking packages at 8am as undeliverable due to needing an access code to deliver. There is no gate or obstruction. This has been happening for months now and has been addressed several times. They arent loading the packages on the truck and marking it. There is no attempt at delivery. Ever.

I wish I could talk to a person to see what is going on.
I mailed a letter with an AirTag embedded to my brother in Libby in mid-December, as he is not receiving key pieces of mail.
So far, the letter made its way to Libby, Missoula, Bozeman, Billings, Seattle (1.5 weeks), Libby, Missoula, Bozeman, Billings and now...once again, Seattle.
The letter is clearly addressed to his street mailbox. Somehow, the letter gets to the Libby post office and then heads back out of town.
Help!

Unprofessionalism so bad that it is intentionally disrespectful. Consistently damaging packages on a regular basis. Refusing to deliver Amazon packages that they have been paid to deliver to our door.
I have had enough of this, time to let everybody know.

This post office has been consistently disappointing for over a decade. Packages arrive opened, tampered with, or don’t arrive at all, and it’s clear this isn’t a one-time issue—it’s a pattern. I’ve filed multiple reports for missing or stolen items, yet nothing has improved.
I've had to contact the postmaster general (federal) just to figure out why they would ship my live animals to another location in the city and act like and even state it's the appropriate thing to do. These animals later died due to exposure to an avian virus. Read into that one.
The facility feels chronically mismanaged, and some of the longer-tenured staff seem either unwilling or unable to provide even basic professionalism. At this point, I avoid using this location whenever possible. It’s the the most unreliable postal branch I’ve ever dealt with.
Avoid at all costs.
