The only They said was I will not receive mail 4 weeks because I had a change of address

I have actually been in to complain about this problem repeatedly over many years,,,,In what world is it ok to leave a package hanging out where anyone driving by can stop and pick it off??? I complained Saturday, today is Tuesday, package on the box once again. Tell your friends and family never ship United States Post Office to Montana because some dimwit might just hang it out for a drive by.
