The employee with the colored hair is consistently rude every time I come in, and this last visit was the worst yet. She talked down to me, interrupted me when I tried to ask a simple question, and was incredibly snippy the entire time. After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s had this experience. It’s disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior continue unchecked at a government-run location.

Some of which they will just bypass certain houses in rural areas if the driver doesn't feel like delivering and then they will not work with you to schedule for a delivery or pick up at the facility. I have had more issues in the last year which would leave me to believe that they have a turnover problem and issue with management. Some of us rely on things to get delivered such as equipment for our business or personal items to have when we are going to fire assignments during fire season but hey they want to make it extremely difficult.
