- JEJulianna EvansMar 13, 20261.0I have had multiple poor experiences here, and after five years of the same experience over and over I’m finally giving a review. As a business owner who ships hundreds of packages per month, I always get treated like absolute garbage by the male gentleman and his wife who also is employed there. My husband started taking packages for me, and he’s dealt with the same thing. If you don’t like your job, then don’t work there. Don’t take it out on the paying customers who continue to pay the rising shipping costs and bring them to you instead of requesting that you pick them up (also a part of their job). We’ve been ridiculed for taking too many free boxes because they don’t want to have to restock the shelf that much, we’ve been scoffed at for the amount of packages, honestly the list goes on. The only KIND employee we’ve encountered there in the last five years is our current driver, Stormi. The only person who treats us with respect and kindness, and also like adults, instead of speaking down to us. Retire, or be nice.
