- MRMisty RasmussenApr 4, 20261.0I have never had such a hard time with a post office in my life! They “accidentally” changed the lock on my mail box 4 months after I moved there. I got a lock change when I first moved in got the keys and didn’t have problems. Now that they changed my lock and I can’t open my mailbox they tried charging me 45 dollars to get the keys after they messed up!!! Now I have been trying to get my keys for 2 weeks and they are saying my partner (who is on the mail box and mailing address and has been since we moved in) can’t pick up the keys because supposedly they didn’t add his name as well as mine when we got the name change on the box… they are the most frustrating people to deal with no one knows what’s goin on half the time and because of all of this I haven’t been able to get into my mailbox for a month now not to mention it’s tax season!

Please fix this. Thank you.
