He explained I would get a call when keys are ready. A week later no keys ans no calls. I drove to the post office and this lady from the very beginning had a chip on her shoulder. I explained why I was there and she stated - normally they call. I stated - its been a week. She goes to the back and come back and shows me a hand written note on a slip stating they attempted to call me but couldn't because my VM was not set up. I showed her my call log to prove that was not the case. No missed calls. She kept pushing the narrative that I was called. Whatever point she was trying to make was getting lost on me as I again showed her the phone as proof that was not the case. I finally had to say - do you have my keys yes or no? With attitude she states she has them. She had them??? Then why are you fighting me?! Very rude and unprofessional. It was completely unnecessary to argue with me when she simply could have apologized for a miscommunication and left it at that.

The poor lady at that address ought to get paid by the post office as when she continually & incessantly gets our stuff, she has to bring it to us. Now it's getting worse, because we have to deliver her stuff that We get & we're not getting paid by the PO either. Should we both stack up each other's packages? Then make trips back & forth to each other? Share each other's wasted time? But that would make us Codpendants with the PO, so I guess there's nothing we can DO.
