    My mother sent me a package and we tried to change the address 2 days before it was due to arrive, the 2 differwjt representatives her and I both spoke with confirmed twice that the change was good to go. The app also confirmed this. It still went to the original address after going through the city I changed the address to. Spent another $24 because the package would need to be shipped again and somehow it gained 2 lbs in the kalispell store, It shipped from kalispell to butte ups store because Google stated the store was open. Butte store was permantly closed, had to change address again. Package was never delived to the address when the rep said it would be. Have yet to see this $100 shipment.

    Very user-friendly workers at this location. I had 3 pkgs and had to email the Amazon Print Labels to them which was something new to me. They were very kind and took their time to explain the process.

    I'm in here often enough shipping boxes out for my business and I've never encountered the older man who scanned my boxes in today. He was rude and gave attitude right off the bat. He scanned the first few boxes and proceeded to throw them behind him. While it isn't breakable products, it was still extremely unnecessary. It was only about 8:59 am, so I'm not sure where the rudeness came from right after opening. You don't get to be a complete jerk just because you're ancient. It costs $0.00 to be kind. Update: turns out it was boss man. 🙄 be old and grouchy in the back of the store if you can't handle the register. 👍🏻
