- ZMZane MoeNov 8, 20251.0Said they tried to deliver my package but had no secure location and that they left a notice. My ring camera never picked up anyone coming to my door and there is no notice anywhere.

Contacted the post office...mail has been scanned in, emailed to me to notify me, and NO ONE can tell me where it is. Some of this is important stuff like personal identifying information (retirement stuff, bankinng information) and jury summons. No one at this location picks up the phone. I had to put in a formal request online before I could get in touch with a single person at this location, and that took two separate complaints and five business days before a call—the call came magically the same day after the second complaint. I am missing 20+ letters, (that have been scanned in by USPS and emailed to me), and no one can tell me a thing. Additionally, all of my follow up has had to occur during work hours - three + hours of my life wasted on nonsense and incompetence.
