  staff is friendly, but incompetent Multiple days of trying to collect a package was told it would not sorted after notification to pick up day one. After 10 minutes of leaving the post office got a notification That my package was available for pick up Came back following day after I left as it was 450pm Notification came in at 5:02pm on day one. Asked to talk to supervisor and No attempt was made to have that conversation

  They never answer the phone. The bot that picks up cannot understand anyone. I have had issues with mail to my address since I moved in. Whether it’s other peoples mail being put into my box, when my mailbox shows names of who resides here for accurate mail delivery. For packages, they have put “No access to Delivery Location” on my packages when they still put mail into my box. So they refuse to deliver packages on time. I have taken photos of the mail boxes when they deliver mail and put the “no access to delivery location” when there’s clearly access. They knowingly refuse to deliver certain packages. I was supposed to receive a breast pump today and my mailman literally put my mail into my mailbox but did NOT put my package into the mailboxes nether did he attempt to come to my front door. 02/28/2026. Mail couriers needs a lot of help. I am tired of late mail deliveries and package delays when there’s obviously no issues at the mail boxes. I was so excited for my breast pump to come into the mail today but after realizing he just put my mail into my box and not my package. Was very upsetting.

  For a while now, mail services has taken so long to deliver mail or packages to my address, continue putting other people’s mail in my box when it states the names listed under my address. And repeatedly delays my package deliveries saying “No access to delivery location” when there’s nothing blocking the mailboxes, I’ve taken photos from when they put that in the tracking system. Especially after they drop off other mail to my box refusing to deliver my package. I was supposed to get a package 02/28/2026 and they put my mail into my box but didn’t put my box in. USPS honestly needs some work.

  I would rather go to the DMV! This place is ridiculously poorly managed. The service is friendly and good, but not worth waiting an hour for. I only come here to pick up packages and I wait in line at least 30 min every time. If management reads this review PLEASE make a pick up only line and have your agents alternate between calling pick ups only and regular customers. SLOWEST POST OFFICE IVE EVER BEEN TO.
