- CGClara Gray1 day ago1.0I have a package that said it was delivered today in my mailbox. But it’s not in my mail box and there is not a key for a bigger mail box either. Delivery driver delivered it to the wrong damn address. It’s my breast pump I’ve been waiting over a week for. This mail delivery services in Helena really needs to be investigated. Seriously. Lost or stolen packages. Dropped off at the wrong address or late deliveries. It needs to be handled.

The woman had a large volume of mail (packages and letters) and did not leave all of it at the desk after she’d been helped. The customer the woman snapped at asked the USPS employee if the first woman was done. The USPS employee snapped that if the second woman was going to be a smart aleck he would make her leave. The customer clearly wanted to ensure it was her turn and the USPS employee Jim was rude, abrasive, and unprofessional.

- RBRicardo BarredaNov 22, 20211.0Great service and friendly staff however somewhere in between here and shipping to Texas $1000 in vehicle parts they have lost my package and it’s gone to some recovery facility which it’s been months and nothing has turned up. It’s been a nightmare with no success getting them to pay or even refund me the 50 dollars it cost to ship. There’s a reason USPS is cheaper than ups and fedex, they aren’t reliable, lose packages, and never deliver on time.
