  This store's customer service is horrendous. The employees refuse to help with or troubleshoot issues. I've specifically had issues with the self service printing. I recently need to ship a package and I've used staples in the past because they could compare the 3 major carriers prices for me and help me get the best deal. This time they told me they don't ship out of this store and that I should go to UPS. The store seems to always be understaffed. I don't think I've seen more than 3 employees ever working at a time. I don't know what happened to this location. I believe it's coming from corporate cutbacks. That doesn't excuse the issue however. I would prefer to have physical store to shop at but with employees like this it makes it hard to want to return.

  This staples has the worst service. The Amazon return people are so rude. Seem overworked and simply hate their job. The blond gal (sorry I can’t remember her name) is the kindest and always seems like she can’t find anyone to help her at the register. There’s eye rolling can stop any time too. I worked retail. I am not a rude customer. When you change things or move where things are done have some grace. Seriously. So so rude. There’s a man and woman that are literally the most rude workers ever. Staples shouldn’t have started Amazon returns if they couldn’t staff it appropriately.

  The Helena location has nothing and if it does it’s overpriced. Go to Amazon. I found a display port on Amazon for $20… same one is $51 at Staples. Even if you’re a Staples Advantage Member, this place is an absolute rip off. Highway robbery.
