Their workers there are very helpful they talk to you carry on conversation with you like you're just a regular person that they enjoy visiting with for a moment. But today there's a new lady there and she's got the personality of a rock. Very cold how do you want it shipped when do you want it there wouldn't tell me the difference in the prices and the days The only thing she would say when I asked her what is the difference and delivery she just point blank said what do you want it there fast or do you care if it's there in a week that was that. I hope she's not there to stay otherwise I really enjoy visiting with the people in there. The other lady that works there is an absolute saint she is helped me so many times I've taken in a package and she was like well it's going to be $50 but if you was to take it home and reeboks it or take it out to your car it would only be $20. Who does that nowadays no other place I can think of. So this in 3 years has been my one bad experience and I hope it doesn't lead to a second or a third
- RBRuth BontragerDec 13, 20242.0We made an online appointment to get passport...and went in on the exact time and date we scheduled for and they were like 'Oh no we are not doing any appointments for passports...then my mom said well we could make an appointment online and they claimed that there was a computer glitch...well I looked to see if it is actually a glitch by seeing if there is still an option to make an online appointment and it worked...Maybe the post office computer system is the one that has a glitch. Even though we had a appointment they refused to help us get passports...
