Granted, I use this primarily for Amazon returns however every time I do, I have been helped only by genuinely friendly and helpful staff. For those who don't want to talk to these fine people, they do have a self-help Amazon return kiosk. I've only ever used it when the line was packed during the holidays. Today's encounter with Zee was especially pleasant. Zee greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed rather than feel like I'm bothering people at work, as in other UPS Stores. Big shout out to everyone at the Hamilton UPS store.
